Co-Founder Chairman

Mr. Yim is the co-founder and Chairman of RaiseSun Group. He has 21 years’ experience in corporate finance and cross-border M&A. He was a senior China investment banker of a major international investment bank from 2010 to 2016, and was heading the transaction management team from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Yim was a practising corporate finance lawyer with a major US law firm and a magic circle firm from 1999 to 2025. As of today, the total size of the deals he has led and worked on exceeds USD130 billion.
